Another Beautiful Day

Every day that the Lord chooses to bless us with is truly a beautiful, good day. We don't always perceive each day to be "good," but I am convinced that each day that we are given is good. What happens during that day might be difficult, painful, and most certainly challenging; yet, God is good. He is the Creator not only of you and I, but of that day. Praise God for every day that we have to live, move, breathe, and be conformed to His image!

The following verse has been brought to my mind so much recently. Anything I do in and of myself is worth nothing. Only by God's power in my life are my efforts worthwhile! "But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature." -Galatians 6:14-15
